Check-in was smooth. The room's cleanliness impressed me. the staff provided great service. I also enjoyed the food. the hotel's proximity to terminal 4 was convenient.

I found a large stain inside the room. It was unsightly. the fire alarm went off at 05:30 the next morning, disruptive. no emergency crews turned up initially. Staff still let new arrivals in.

The Club Lounge access was a definite highlight. Michelle, who worked in the Club Lounge, provided really good service (I'm very grateful for that!). The lounge offered a selection of nibbles, wine, and beer.

I encountered an issue regarding the room rate after dinner. I wanted to bill it to my room, but I was initially told I had no credit. Restaurant staff had to escort me to reception until the bill was cleared, which seemed unusual for a hotel of this category. I heard some noises outside the room, during the afternoon.

My second visit to this hotel goes great. A tunnel connects directly to Terminal 4. I see very professional reception services available 24/7. Checkout was fast, and I notice an perfect cleanliness, as well as total comfort. Bottles with water are provided. The savory buffet breakfast from 6 am is excellent.

I booked a room two hours prior and get a one bedroom suite. The living room sofa transforms to a bed though I am a solo traveler. The furniture pushes around the room's edge. Now, I have no space to sit in what should be a sitting room.

access to terminal 4 was easy. the room size are fantastic and the bathroom had a makeup mirror. i found everything i needed for my brief stay and was happy with the location.

i checked in late, at evening and the check in experience are excellent. but besides the breakfast it went downhill from there, it wasnt great. i was allocated to a room on the floor but the tv didn't work.
